The therapeutic relationship is first and foremost a relationship. This has been the most appealing aspect of being a psychotherapist to me. I was initially drawn to the field for its focus on the human experience and behavior, but it was the idea of spending time understanding individuals and enhancing their lives that truly inspired my practice. As a psychotherapist and a mother, I empathize with the experience of building a family and my practice has a focus on providing NYC mothers and their families with practical techniques to support them in thriving. I also provide a wide range of therapy services to adults and adolescents and conduct neuropsychological and psychological assessments.
